The Thwaites 2-ton electric dumper with lifting and +/-90° rotating bucket dumping is an excellent solution for working in urban environments, indoor spaces, and sites with limited emissions, where efficiency and precision are required.

PAYLOAD AND BUCKET

With a maximum allowable payload of 2000 kg, the machine is suitable for a wide range of construction and repair activities. The bucket volume is 1205 liters (heaped), 875 liters struck volume, and 770 liters water volume.

The bucket is made of 6 mm steel plate with reinforced sides. The Power Swivel system allows the bucket to rotate 180°, providing dumping at +/-90° relative to the machine's longitudinal axis. The Hi-Tip scissor lift mechanism allows unloading at greater heights directly into containers or trucks.

ELECTRIC DRIVE AND PERFORMANCE

The model is equipped with a high-efficiency 48V / 22 kW electric motor for propulsion and a 48V / 7 kW motor for the hydraulic pump. Power is supplied by four maintenance-free 48V lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 5.75 kWh, ensuring reliable operation and low operating costs.

The noise level at the operator's position is 84 LpA, while the external level reaches 101 LwA, making the machine suitable for noise-sensitive areas.

TRANSMISSION AND CONTROL

The electric transmission with high and low speed ranges provides smooth acceleration and precise control. The direction selection lever is located on the steering column for more convenient handling.

The travel speeds are:
Low range: 0–7.5 km/h
High range: 0–15.0 km/h

The turning radius of 7.5 m provides excellent maneuverability in tight workspaces.

CHASSIS, STABILITY, AND SAFETY

The robust Kinglink chassis made of bent steel construction with three-point articulation and oscillation ensures stability, optimal traction, and safety when working on uneven terrain.

The braking system includes fully enclosed multi-disc oil brakes on the rear axle with automatic wear compensation and a manual parking brake type SAHR. The machine is equipped with 255/75-15.3 tires with a load index of 107 A8, ensuring reliability on various terrains.

COMFORT AND MAINTENANCE

The operator area features an adjustable suspension seat and a high-visibility seatbelt. LED indicators signal all critical functions.

The locking cover provides access to service points from ground level, and the hydraulic tank with a capacity of 15 liters is positioned low for easy maintenance. All electrical components are protected to IP65/67 standard.
