The History of Kubota
The engines were added to Kubota's rich product line in 1922, when the company developed and produced the first agricultural and industrial engine Type A with a power of 3 horsepower. Subsequently, the range of engines expanded for various applications, with compact, lightweight, and high-efficiency engines gaining a high level of trust in the global market.
They are among the leading global manufacturers of compact diesel engines and are known for being the first manufacturer to meet the requirements of the American emission regulations CARB ULGE* for engines under 19 kW (25 HP).
In addition to their comprehensive product line, they expanded their portfolio to 157.3 kW with the Kubota 09 series to meet the diverse and growing needs of customers.
The main advantage of Kubota engines is the technology focused on meeting environmental requirements and engineering solutions tailored to specific applications. After receiving certification from CARB (California Air Resources Board, USA) for small industrial engines for the first time in the world in 1993, they consistently meet the strictest emission standards worldwide as pioneers in environmental technologies.
Today, Kubota is expanding its manufacturing activities at strategic locations to deliver engines to global equipment manufacturers in a timely manner. They continue to strive to deliver Kubota quality worldwide.
