LOAD CAPACITY AND BUCKET VOLUME

With a maximum permissible payload of 2000 kg, a bucket volume of 1240 liters, and a water volume of 850 liters, the Thwaites 2-ton dumper provides excellent capacity for construction, infrastructure, and repair activities.

The bucket is hydraulically operated and made from 5 mm steel plate on all sides. The front tipping system allows for precise unloading without the need for additional maneuvers.

ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE

The machine is equipped with a Yanmar 3TNV88-BWWA diesel engine – water-cooled, 3-cylinder, with direct injection. The power of 18.1 kW / 24.3 hp at 2000 rpm and torque of 107 Nm ensure reliable, economical, and sustainable operation with low fuel consumption.

The noise level at the operator's position is 84 LpA, while the external noise level reaches 101 LwA, contributing to a more comfortable working environment.

TRANSMISSION AND SPEEDS

The hydrostatic transmission with high and low speed ranges, controlled by a direction lever column and inching function, provides smooth operation and excellent control.

The travel speeds are: low range 0–5.5 km/h and high range 0–15 km/h, both forward and reverse, allowing for effective operation even in confined spaces.

CHASSIS, STABILITY, AND SAFETY

The Kinglink chassis is constructed from bent steel plate with three-point articulation and oscillation, ensuring stability, traction, and safety on the construction site.

The multi-disc brakes, fully enclosed and with automatic wear compensation, along with the manual parking brake (SAHR), provide reliable control in all conditions.

COMFORT, SERVICE, AND EQUIPMENT

The operator's area includes an adjustable suspension seat and seatbelt, as well as LED warnings for all critical functions.

The locking engine cover provides easy access to service points from ground level. The fuel (24.5 l) and hydraulic (25 l) tanks are positioned low for quick and convenient refueling. All electrical components are waterproof to IP65/67 standards.

Standard equipment includes LED beacons, a tow hitch, and a reverse alarm. Options include full LED road lighting with daytime running lights (DRL), road mirrors, and sand tires.
